Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
The real deal. Makes enough for a 3-layer cake or 3 dozen cupcakes. The espresso powder is optional.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups butter (3 sticks), softened
Directions
- Add cocoa to a large bowl or bowl of stand mixer. Whisk through to remove any lumps.
