A family-favorite hearty breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 dozen eggs (hard-boiled)
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In pan, melt butter and equal amount of flour.
  2. Stir in milk gradually until sauce thickens.
  3. Add salt & pepper.
  4. Slice boiled eggs and add to sauce.
  5. Serve over toasted bread.
