Goldenrod
A family-favorite hearty breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 dozen eggs (hard-boiled)
- 1/2 cup of flour
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- In pan, melt butter and equal amount of flour.
- Stir in milk gradually until sauce thickens.
- Add salt & pepper.
- Slice boiled eggs and add to sauce.
- Serve over toasted bread.
