Raspberry Jell-O Dessert Salad
Grandma's famous raspberry jello salad with whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 2 small boxes of Raspberry Jell-O
- 1 20oz can Crushed Pineapple, drained (save the juice)
- 2 120z packages Frozen Raspberries, 24oz total
- Juice from drained pinapple
Directions
- Boil 1.5 cups water and combine with Raspberry Jell-O powder. Mix well until dissolved.
- Add cold water to Pineapple juice to make 1.5 cups.
- Combine Jell-O liquid and pineapple juice mix.
- Add crushed Pineapple and frozen Raspberries to liquid. Mix well.
- Pour into 9x12 cake pan (or similar). Leave about 1/2" space from top of pan.
- Refrigerate overnight (or until set).
- Before serving, top with whipped cream or cool whip.
