Raspberry Jell-O Dessert Salad

Grandma's famous raspberry jello salad with whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 2 small boxes of Raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 20oz can Crushed Pineapple, drained (save the juice)
  • 2 120z packages Frozen Raspberries, 24oz total
  • Juice from drained pinapple

Directions

  1. Boil 1.5 cups water and combine with Raspberry Jell-O powder. Mix well until dissolved.
  2. Add cold water to Pineapple juice to make 1.5 cups.
  3. Combine Jell-O liquid and pineapple juice mix.
  4. Add crushed Pineapple and frozen Raspberries to liquid. Mix well.
  5. Pour into 9x12 cake pan (or similar). Leave about 1/2" space from top of pan.
  6. Refrigerate overnight (or until set).
  7. Before serving, top with whipped cream or cool whip.
